| About JBMCTE
Jameela Beevi Memorial Centre for Teachers Education is institution is located at the heart of Kayamkulam Municipal town, ward no.5, on the side of the old National Highway and very near to the fire station and m.s.m higher secondary school. The nearest railway station is at Kayamkulam,which is only at a distance of 2 Kms from our institution. And we are just 1 Km away from the Kayamkulam bus station. The institution was established on 23.02.2005. The Code No. of recognition by the NCTE is APSO1080 FKL/SEC/N/197/SRO/NCTE/ and the date of recognition is 2004-05/789. We are affiliated to the University of Kerala. The No. and date of Affiliation order are Ac.B4/6519/2005 st and 6/7/2005 respectively. Our institution is Self Financed. The management of the college is vested with the Al-Ameen socio-cultural and educational society, Reg.no.A.214/77, registered under the Travancore Cochin Literary, scientific and charitable societies act.
The primary objects of the society are the social, cultural and educational upliftment of the society at large; particularly that of the backward, downtrodden and minorities. The society was founded by the late Haji Jameela Beevi P.K. Kunju Sahib.
